Student Registration

All school registrations are processed at the Pittsgrove Township Board of Education Administration Building, 1076 Almond Road, Pittsgrove, NJ 08318.

Items needed for Registration:

  • Students' birth certificate or baptismal certificate
  • Legal Guardianship documentation (if applicable)
  • Proof of immunizations
  • Transfer card/report card from previous school (previous school must be notified of withdrawal by parent)
  • Proof of ID of parent/guardian
  • Proof of custody or restricted contact (if applicable)

      • Deed
      • Lease/Rent Agreement
      • Mortgage/Settlement paperwork
      • Acceptance letter from Park Manager at Harding Woods, Holly Tree Acres, Picnic Grove/Tullertown or the Villages
      • If applicable the FIT Form or Affidavits of Residency
    • List B
      • Utility bill
      • Change of Address form filed at the US Post Office
      • Bank Statement
      • Auto Insurance or Registration Card
  • A.P. Schalick High School Academy Programs: Please submit an APSHS Registration Packet to our Registrar at the PTSD Board of Education Office.
